Jennifer Dene is a comprehensively certified Pilates trainer, personal trainer and health coach. With 15-years industry experience, she loves nothing more than seeing her clients reach their personal movement goals.With a motto of doing Wellbeing Your Way, Jennifer tailors each session to meet the unique needs, goals and body type of her clients. Through the support of the Pilates apparatus, breathwork, and controlled resistance training, she ensures that mindful, functional movement is available to all.
